Je me présente, mon nom est Gilles Payer conseiller municipal depuis 18 ans. Je suis membre de l'association du Lac Gagnon depuis une vingtaine d'années. Je suis le représentant pour ma bibliothèque et en même temps depuis 13 ans Vice-président de Biblio Outaouais. Durant cette période, la bibliothèque a été nommée bibliothèque de l'année 4 fois. Je représente aussi la municipalité au Transport adapté, représentant 4 municipalités au conseil d'administration (CA), j'ai aussi été Marguillier pour le bon soin de notre Église pendant 10 ans.
