All boaters should ensure responsible, ecological, and courteous conduct.
Be aware of the presence of swimmers, non-motorized watercraft and loon nests and spawning areas near shorelines.
Operate your sound system at a reasonable volume.
On a personal watercraft, avoid chases, stunts, repeated circles, and capsizing.
Be careful and avoid spills when refueling.
Do not pump oily or waste water overboard.
Do not throw any waste into the water.
Do not wash your boat in the lake.
Stay away from swimming birds and buoys.
