Ruta Kisielius
1927 - 2017
Ruta Kisielius
(Vaisvilaite), passed away
in her sleep on January 14,
2017, at 89 years old, with
family present after a 2
year extended care period at
the Marcelle-Ferron facility
in Brossard. Ruth's
accordion playing and food
preparations will be missed
by her husband of 64 years,
Justin, sons Michael (Mary
Anne, Shawn, Alexander),
Mark (Carrie, Justin Jr.
(Leanne) Scarlet, Jake,
Morgan) and Manfred (Carole,
Steven(Alyssa), Melissa) and
Great grandson Aiden, who
thank the 5th floor and all
the support staff at the
Marcelle-Ferron for their
help and support for the
past 2 years. Justin was a
daily visitor that felt
welcomed at any time. A
memorial service was held on
Saturday Jan 21, at St.
Casimir Lithuanian Church
3420 Parthenais Montreal. In

1937 - 2016
At the Pierre-Boucher
hospital, on December
29, 2016, at the age
of 79, passed away Mr.
Laurent Tousignant,
husband of Mrs. Nicole
Delisle. Besides his
wife, he is survived
by his daughter
Mireille (Gilles
Joly), his son
Marc-André (Amélie
Carrier), his grandson
Arnaud, his brother
Jean-Guy (Ghislaine),
his brothers-in-law
and sisters-in-law,
his nephews ans nieces
as well as many
parents and friends.
The family received

funéraire J.A.Larin
& Fils, in
Salaberry-de-Valleyfield,
Québec.

- 2016
It is
with great
sadness that we
announce the
passing of Mr.
Jacques Cardin
at Montfort
Hospital,
Ottawa, on
November 29,
2016. He passed
away peacefully,
surrounded by
family, at the
age of 76. He
was the husband
of Mrs.
Françoise
(Vincent) Cardin
and father of
Philippe. After
his classical
studies at
Collège
Ste-Croix in
Montreal,
Jacques
completed his
certificate in
pedagogy (Brevet
A) at Jacques
Cartier normal
school. His
career led him
to work as a
Canadian
diplomat at the
immigration
Ministry in
France,
Australia,
Trinidad and
Tobago, Belgium,
United States
and the Ivory
Coast. He leaves
to mourn his
wife, Françoise
Cardin and his
son Philippe
Cardin (Marylène
Levesque), his
beloved grandson
Bruno, his
sisters:
Lucienne
(Jacques Sauvé),
Jeanine (Bernard
Carrière) and
Claire Dagenais,
his
brother-in-law
Gaston Brulotte
and his
sisters-in-law,
his nephews and
nieces as well
as his friends,
his neighbours
and former
colleagues. The
family received
condolences at
Magnus Poirier
Funeral Complex,
on Sherbrooke
Est, in
Montréal, on
Sunday, December
11, 2016. A
celebration of
his life took
take place on
the same day at
the chapel of
Magnus Poirier
Funeral Complex.

away at 90
years, Gerald
Vialle-Soubranne,
husband of
Floritta
Boily.
Besides his
wife, he is
survived by
his daughter

and Yogi), his
nephew Daniel
Bédard
(Noëlla),
their children
Sebastian
(Cindy) and
Stephanie,
their
granddaughter
CarolAnne; his
niece Evelyne
St-Gelais
(John) and
their son
Peter. He also
leaves to
mourn
relatives and
friends in
France and
Québec, as
well as his

Jean-Pierre,

Frédéric
