The Duhamel Solidarity Cooperative is making great strides! Interior renovations of the building are underway.
This Saturday morning, the campaign thermometer, a symbol of the community’s generosity and commitment, will be installed. Since December 20, the Coop has already raised $4,640 in donations and sponsorships, proof that Duhamel believes in this project.
The gas pump is ready to be installed. All that is missing is an operating permit, which should be delivered in the coming weeks. But to take the next step, the Coop needs your help to fill the gas reservoir. This essential service will enable the Coop to meet a real and vital need for the citizens and many tourists of Duhamel, while strengthening our community’s independence.
